This set of multipurpose Mazzer burrs is designed and manufactured in-house specifically for single dose grinder Philos. They are suitable for all extraction methods from espresso to batch brew.
These 64mm stainless steel flat burrs excel in delivering enhanced clarity, making them ideal for light to medium roasted coffees.
The result is an exceptionally crisp flavour characterized by distinct, bright fruits and florals, a well-balanced acidity and medium body.
