This set of multipurpose Mazzer burrs is designed and manufactured in-house specifically for single dose grinder Philos. They are suitable for all extraction methods from espresso to batch brew.
These 64mm stainless steel flat burrs are an updated version of the well-known, worldwide appreciated Mazzer Mini burrs.
They deliver full-bodied cups characterized by a smooth, mellow flavor and balanced sweetness, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel. Ideal for medium to dark roasted coffees, they bring out notes of chocolate and dried fruit.
